You may be thinking, why love glimpse Ara. Simple! I been telling you since I decide to share with you what interest me more that you are very important to me. As you already know I emphasize a lot about the importance of self-love. In this corner I will be sharing pieces of pure love with you, with the clear intention to motive you a bit more and to help you increase your self-love.

Parsley Face Mask.

This mask is ideal to hydrate your skin & it will help you get the vitality & brightness you are be looking for. Because the combination of ingredients is super powerful.
Ingredients:
A parley buch
1/3 of a cup of olive oil
1/3 of a cup of oats
First, you will pour all of the ingredients into a blender and beat them until they are well combine. After all of your ingredients are well combined you will pour then into a container that can be place into the freezer. Then, you want to freeze your mask until it turned into basically an ice cube.
Before you apply this mask, you want to exfoliate your skin with your favorite face soap and exfoliation tools. After your skin is clean you can apply your mask just as it is (frozen) and leave it for at least 30 minutes.
Obviously, after the 30 minutes has passed you will rinse the mask off your face with cold water. Please note that there is not need to use soap at this time to keep the moisturization of the oil on your skin ☺️.
The combination of ingredients will help you hydrate your skin & the fact that the mask is super cold will help with the reduction of open pores after the exfoliation.
The idea is to use this mask every two weeks, to keep your skin as brighter as posible. If you have an oily skin you could apply this mask once a month or substitute the oil for plain whole greek yogurt.
This mask should last until it ends, remember to put it back into the freezer after each use.

Super Pineapple Cleanser Juice.

Super Cleanser Pineapple Juice? 🤔
Yes, a super cleanser pineapple juice.
This super juice will be a gift to you temple!
It will help you clean the toxins after all of the unnecessary food we usually consumed.
Ingredients:
1/2 a cup of pineapple
1/2 of a lemon (squeeze)
1/2 of a cup of a cucumber
A celery stick
A 2 inches square of aloe vera pulp
A tablespoon of fresh ginger
A cup of cold or room temperature water.
You want to pour all of your ingredients into your blender and blend then until they are well combined.
Pineapples are a natural cleanser, as well as the rest of the ingredients. This juice will help you refresh your body & soul as well as the rest of the ingredients.
I will recommend to drink this juice in the morning, at least 30 minutes prior your breakfast, until you get the cleanser sensation.
You will usually starts feeling it on day three.
Now, it's better to drink it every other week. This is because it's always better to maintained the balance due to the acids that most of the ingredients contains.
Don't forget that it's highly recommended to have a clean and healthy diet to be able to see and have better results.

All Weathers Spinach Salad.

This salad fits perfectly in all type of weather. You could eat it alone or with any of your favorites side dishes.
You will need:
1/2 a can of drained chickpeas
A handful of spinach
1/2 a cup of cooked string beans
1/2 of a peal seedless cucumber
A tablespoon of dry cranberries
A tablespoon of shedder almonds
For the dressing:
A tablespoon of honey
A tablespoon of regular mustard
1 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of white vinager
1 teaspoon of lemon or lime juice
A teaspoon of pink sea salt
A teaspoon of black pepper
Mix all of your dressing ingredients until they are well combined.
Then you will pour all of your veggies and other ingredients into a bowl and mix all of then together with your dressing. Make sure you eat your salad right after adding your dressing to maintain the freshness of the ingredients.
This recipe serve one person.

The Ideal Breakfast Bowl!

We are what we eat! We deserve to skip unhealthy habits & spoil ourselves with healthy, nutricious & delicious meals.
Having a healthy breakfast will help you stay tuned with the rest of your meals throughout the day.
As a result, why not to start your day with this delicious breakfast bowl?
Ingredients:
1/2 a cup of oats
1/2 a cup of blueberries
1 tablespoon off yellow raisins
1 tablespoon of shedder almonds
1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
5 dried plums
(you could cut then into small pieces)
1/2 of teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 cup of almond milk
You could eat this bowl hot or cold.
If you decided to eat it cold all you have to do is to add all of your ingredients into a bowl and eat then just as it is. On the other hand, if you prefer to eat a hot bowl for breakfast you will cook the oats, cinnamon, and almond milk on a medium heat for five minutes. After, you can serve it with the rest of the ingredients as a topping to your nutricious bowl.
This is the ideal breakfast bowl, it will help you start your day full of joy, powerful, & energetic💪.

Aloe Hair Mask.

We all love to have a healthy and beautiful hair.
In this occasion I'm sharing this mask recipe because it will help you maintained the vitality of your hair.
Ingredients:
A whole stick of aloe vera (only the pulp)
1/2 a cup of coconut oil
You will blend both of your ingredients until they are well combined.
Aloe vera is one of the greatest natural remedies you would ever find, and together with the coconut oil, it's must likely a boom to bring up and maintain the vitality, healthiness, abundance and beauty of your hair.
To apply your mask, you want to divided your hair into four. Then, gently applied from the roots until the ends finishing each division with a fabulous and caring massage. After you finished the application of it, you can combined the four divisions and massage it all together. At last, you will cover your hair with a plastic.
(I usually use any random plastic bag to recicle).
Moving forward, you want to leave it on for at least 30 minutes. Then, you will wash your hair and stylist as you desire.
This recipe will last you until it ends, you can storage the remaining one into your fridge.
Make sure is a room temperature before your next application.
The idea is to apply this mask at least once a month to keep your hair bright & healthy 💚.

The Ultimate Chocolate Dessert.

Cravings, cravings, cravings. I know, I know, sometimes we can't help it. And is that time of the day when it's time to eat something sweet.
Well this delicious recipe will save the day!
Ingredients:
Two cups of seedless dates (blended/pure)
1 tablespoon of flaxseed powder
2 tablespoon of unsweetened chocolate powder
A cup of pre-washed raspberries
A cup of semisweet chocolate chips
(melted to create the cross)
In a glass bowl you will add the dates, flaxseeds, & chocolate powder and mixed then until they are well combined, make sure you get the right texture to be able to create little balls. If not, you can always add some more chocolate powder until you get the right texture. While making the balls you will place a raspberry in the center of each of then and then close it (the raspberries are mostly your filling). Then you will cover your balls with the melted chocolate and let it dry until you create a firm cross.
You can use your creativity and add your favorites toppings before the melted chocolate dries, to make sure it can get stick in them.
Toppings ideas: the remaining of the raspberries, chop. chocolate chips, chop walnuts or almonds, etc.
This is a convenience recipe because it doesn't need to be baked. It's honestly the ideal dessert and you will be able to make it in less than 20 minutes.
The combination of the ingredients will make an explosion of flavors in your mouth. The sweetness of the dates together with the sourness of the raspberries will make it become, The Ultimate Sweet & Sour Chocolate Dessert'!

Antioxidant Smoothie.

This smoothie is great to help you increase your metabolism and inmune system because is extremely rich in antioxidant.
Ingredients:
3 large strawberries
1/4 of a cup of blueberries
1/4 of a cup of cranberries
8 oz of water or almond milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
One tablespoon of honey or
An envelope of stevia.
Blend & Enjoy!
***Please note that the berries could be cold or frozen. If you opt to use frozen fruits you might need to add 12oz of liquid instead.
To convert this smoothie into a protein drink you could add a 1/4 of a cup of whole oats.
This recipe is modified for one person.

Oat Face Mask.

Really? Oats on my face Ara?
Yes! oats on your face.
Oats are great to help you reduce the excess of grease and the possible pimples in your face.
Ingredients:
8oz of plain greek yogurt
Three full tablespoons of powder oats
Mix well & refrigerate for about three hours.
How to used it:
Wash & exfoliate your face prior to apply your cold mask, after you applied it in your face leave it until it dries. Then washed it out with cold water and soap (preference glycerin soap) then, you could apply your favorite face cream with a gentle massage.
The combination of oats and greek yogurt is amazing! The acid of the yogurt will help to open your pores and the grease that it contains will help moisturize your skin. On the other hands, the oats will reduce the excess of grease and pimples.
Keep it in the fridge after each use, it could last up to three weeks refrigerated.
I will recommend to apply this mask every two weeks.

Pink SeaSalt Body Exfoliation

One of the must amazing creations of God was the ocean. Reason why sea salt could be use as a cleanser to purify your skin and body.
You will need:
2 cups of pink sea salt
Liquid body soap (I prefer organic castle soap)
Your favorite body oil
Go into the shower and web your skin. Then applied the soap and exfoliate your skin with the sea salt. After you done exfoliating your entire body shower as regular.
Then applied the oil all over your body before you dried your skin, and let it be absorbed.
You could do this exfoliation once a week.
I recommend to rinse with cold water to close your pores because they will open after the exfoliation.

Mask for Damage Hair.

Many of the factors that usually damage our hair are weather changes, the constant used of the flat iron, sun exposure and hair products that contain un-needed ingredients such as alcohol.
Ingredients:
One whole egg
A tablespoon of mayonnaise
Two tablespoon of olive oil or coconut oil
Beat all the ingredients until they are well combine.
While massaging apply the mask all over your hair except on your scalp then cover your hair with a shower cap. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes. Then, washed and style your hair as usual.
You could applied it every two weeks until you reach the desired results.

Night Time Bath Routine.

Who doesn't love to sleep all night like a baby?
We all love that. This bath routine will help you sleep tight after a long day at work or after a long and busy day doing your personal things. It's also excellent to reduce stress, specially to those who have small kids that require more attention. Remember that you also need to spend time with yourself.
Prepare your might first. Yes, your might first.
In know 🙄.
Tell her to relax, that is YOU time and is time to get ready to sleep. Don't bring any stressful situation that happened to you during the day into the shower, keep your might focus on relaxation.
I usually love cold water, but at night I graduated fresh or warm. Use your favorite soap and auto massage your skin showing her some appreciation and love. After you shower, I recommend you to apply some lavender lotion or lavender essential body oil. Do you a face massage with your night time face cream or rose face oil.
For your face massage you could used a Rose Quartz Facial Roller if you have one.
After you finish with your relaxing shower drink a nice and warm cup up decaffeinated tea with a splash of honey.
If you love sweet just like me 🥰
My favorite teas at night are decaffeinated green tea with some drops of lime. I also love chamomile, detox & anise tea.

After Workout Vegan Protein Pancakes

You must consume protein after your exercise routine to restore your muscles. And you can't go wrong with this delicious and nutritious recipe that will add pure love to your body.
Ingredients:
1/2 a cup of oats
1/2 of a banana
1/4 of a cup of blueberries
One teaspoon of powder flaxseeds
1/4 of a cup of almond milk
Smash the banana, add the almond milk, then the oats and powder flaxseeds, hand mix to combine. After everything is combine stir in the blueberries.
Heat a pan and spray some oil, pour your mixture and make your pancakes into your favorite size and shape.
Serve with marble syrup & the other half of the banana. You could also add some of your favorite toppings.
I usually love to add some fresh fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, a teaspoon of whole flaxseeds or some shedder almonds.
Serve one person.
