DETOX IN 123.

We all are usually looking forward to have a clean and healthy body. We mostly start thinking about that at the end of the year or the beginning of the next one. Now, why not to keep it up as a life style? Let's start this blog the way I usually like, simple, straight to the point, and easy to understand:


1 CLEAN

2 DETACH

3 PURIFY


Yeah, clean - detach - purify. Creating a heathy living will covers all three aspects. & I will explain all three into details.


First of all, you must Detach from those habits that doesn't help you and are not healthy for you anymore. Remember the blog I wrote for you "7 TOXIC HABITS YOU MUST AVOID", you can find more details there. Good decisions, when it comes to keep your options healthier are one of the primary keys to consider a healthy living. If you already notice, It's not all about of eating healthy.


Purify your living with better options. The simplicity of blessing your food and water honoring God can make a big impact in your life. There is no need to spend the entire day looking for options that may stress you out, by simply blessing your meals you can have it all at once. I believe you remember the blog ("3 SIMPLE WAYS TO PURIFY YOUR WATER") I wrote on how to purify your water. I hope it can be a good guide for you in this occasion as it's for me, sharing my ideas with you is very significant.


What about on how to Clean your body? Honestly, that will be the first thing you have to do to make it a habit, and of course to keep it up as a life style. Let's start by not judging your self for the options you took in the pass in regard of your meals. You are allowed to eat everything you love, this time in a more healthier way. Keeping the traditions is

princeless. Now, why not to make those same meals healthier to live longer, be more energetic, look younger, and be able to inspired others by sharing your example.

Moving forward, I usually recommend to start eating a bit lighter before starting and during your deep detox, to keep on track your entire year. Remember that the idea is to make it a life style. I already shared a 'Cleanser Juice' recipe for you my dear reader, on my 'Love Glimpse' site off the page and on my social accounts, this for sure can be a good starting to softy start cleaning your body. The idea was to start drinking the juice the entire month of December, three days per week by simultaneously start eating lighter and be able to enjoy the holidays meals with no guilt.

Now here comes the deep Detox. This apply for those that are considering starting a healthier living, for those that are looking forward to maintain the current one can be modify as you desired. You can start picturing your day for example (adjust the time of your meals the way that works best to you), as follow:



Breakfast 8:00 AM: Oatmeal with fresh fruits

Snack 10:00 AM: An apple

Lunch 12:00 PM: A Green salad your favorite protein and carb*

Snack 2:00 PM: An apple

Dinner 5:00 PM: A Salad with your favorite protein*

Snack 8:00 PM: 'The Cleanser Juice' (three days a week for a month)

Please note that the preparation of your meals is significant, try not to add too many harmful ingredients to it, remember that the idea is to keep your plate clean. If you notice so far, you are incorporating fresh ingredients to your day, while at the same time eating delicious meals and detoxing your body, not to look at it as a sacrifice. Remember to drink a lot of water in between meals, I usually add some lemon or lime drops to my, lemon slices are also a good idea.



Start creating your new life style can be joyful, fun and delicious!



Furthermore, for those that will start the new living following this recommendations is good to mention that it's convenient to stop your exercise routing for the month that you will be detoxing your body, this is because there will be too much going on and you must remain calm to focus on creating your new living. You can do some Stretching, Sea Salt Exfoliation, & Detox Massage in the mean time.

After this beautiful month had passed, it's time to keep up your new living. Let's try not to go back to unhealthy habits. Now, if one day you eat something not to healthy it's OKAY.

My blog "SELF - LOVE" said it all. Remember that now you will be more concious and can always re-take your better options.



An example on how your day will look like from now on:



Pos Workout 6:00 AM: An apple a handful of nuts (almonds, peanuts, etc)

Or a slice of whole wheat bread with a teaspoon of almond butter and an apple, sliced.

Breakfast 8:00 AM: Protein waffles with fresh fruits

Snack 10:00 AM: A piece of fruit (your favorite one)

Lunch 12:00 PM: A salad, your favorite protein and favorite carb*

Snack 2:00 PM: A piece of fruit (your favorite one)

Dinner 5:00 PM: A salad with your favorite protein*

Snack 8:00 PM: A cup of veggies



*Please watch out the dressing you will be adding to your salad, make sure is not too heavy in ingredients remember to add a good source of lipids to it.

Please look for healthy carbs and protein options, as well as the perfect amount you should be eating, (you can consult with a dietitian if you have to) because portions usually goes by weight. You can always can keep adjusting the amount you should be eating based on your needs.
